释义	法律分析：犯罪记录是有案底的,不可以消除。在我国法律实践中，曾受过刑事处罚的人，不管其罪行轻重、也不管距离结束刑事处罚过去了多久，甚至不管罪犯在犯罪时主观恶性大小、经过刑事处罚是否彻底悔改，只要是受过刑事处罚就会存在犯罪记录，而且犯罪记录是终身不能消除的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应当如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。犯罪的时候不满十八周岁被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的人，免除前款规定的报告义务。
