释义	法律分析：委托书一般交给对方。授权委托书是被委托人在无法完成特定事项的情形下委托他人代办的凭证，其性质和合同是一样的，在双方签字后生效。原则上委托协议书也是和合同一样，一式两份，被委托人和委托人分别保存，委托人出具授权委托书才能代办事项。委托书，如果给了委托当事人，委托当事人是可以复印的，但是第三者不能复印。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十五条委托代理授权采用书面形式的，授权委托书应当载明代理人的姓名或者名称、代理事项、权限和期限，并由被代理人签名或者盖章。
