释义	法律分析：显失公平合同属于可撤销合同，当事人可以与对方协商撤销合同或者直接向法院或者仲裁机构请求撤销合同，合同撤销后，自始不发生法律约束力。显失公平的合同往往是当事人双方的权利和义务极不对等、经济利益上不平衡，因而违反了公平合理原则。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条规定一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。第一百五十五条规定无效的或者被撤销的民事法律行为自始没有法律约束力。
