一、经济法的分类
经济法是对社会商品经济关系进行整体、系统、全面、综合调整的一个法律部门。可以按照以下原则进行分类：
1、国家规范经济组织过程中发生的经济关系。这方面的法律有公司法、外商投资企业法、合伙企业法、个人投资法等。
2、国家干预市场经济运行过程中发生的经济关系。这方面的法律有证券法、票据法、破产法、金融法、保险法、房地产法、环境法、自然资源法等。
3、国家管理、规范经济秩序过程中发生的经济关系。这方面的法律有反垄断法、反不正当竞争法、消费者权益保障法和产品质量法。
4、国家在经济调控中发生的经济关系。这方面的法律有财政法、税法、计划法、产业政策法、价格法、会计法和审计法等。
凡是涉及到经济活动都受到经济法的制约，经济法包括了公司法、反不正当竞争法等等，这些法律的目的在于对我国的经济发展行为作出调整，使得国家的经济发展水平可以稳定、高速的发展。对这些法律没有遵守的个人或组织会受到相应的惩罚。

《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》
第一条为了规范合伙企业的行为，保护合伙企业及其合伙人、债权人的合法权益，维护社会经济秩序，促进社会主义市场经济的发展，制定本法。
《中华人民共和国公司法》
第一条为了规范公司的组织和行为，保护公司、股东和债权人的合法权益，维护社会经济秩序，促进社会主义市场经济的发展，制定本法。
