释义	法律分析：旅客购票后因故不能成行，可到购票处办理退票。退票时，除凭有效客票外，还要提供本人的有效身份证件。法律依据：《旅客、行李国内运输规则》第二十三条旅客非自愿退票，即不论是否是承运人原因，当航班取消、提前、延误、航程改变或承运人不能提供原定座位时，旅客要求退票的，始发站应退还全部票款，经停地应退还未使用航段的全部票款，均不收取退票费。
