肇庆市人才引进优惠政策要点：到2020年，全市引进创新创业团队约20个、创新创业领军人才约100名。创业团队给予150—1000万元的资金扶持，创新团队给予100—1000万元的资金扶持，创业领军人才给予100—300万元的资金扶持，创新领军人才给予最高50万元的资助和50万元的安家补贴。 一、报考对象须符合以下条件
1．具有中华人民共和国国籍，遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律，热爱祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导；
2．思想政治素质好，品行良好，身体健康；
3．学习成绩优秀，于2022年6月30日前取得相关毕业证书及学位证书或博士后出站；
4．具备以下条件者优先考虑：中共党员（含预备党员）、本科学习以来被评过院（系）级及以上三好学生、担任过一年以上学生干部，并具有良好的组织协调能力。 二、下列人员不得报考
1．受行政开除处分未满五年或其他行政处分正在处分期内的人员；因涉嫌违法违纪正在接受审计、纪律审查和监察调查的人员；涉嫌犯罪，司法程序尚未终结的人员；刑事处罚期限未满的人员；
2．被依法列为失信联合惩戒对象的人员；
3．近两年内在机关事业单位招录（聘）考试、体检或考察中存在违规违纪行为的人员；
4．聘用后即构成回避关系的人员；
5．法律法规和规章规定的其他情形。
法律依据：《肇庆市引进高层次人才的暂行规定》第五条 调入本市城乡工作的高层次人才以及全日制普通高校大学本科学历以上人员，属城镇户口的，其配偶和未成年子女可随调随迁；属农村户口的，可办理城镇居民户口，免收城市增容费。其子女入学，由户口所在地教育行政主管部门优先就近安排，免收择校费。
