离婚再结婚会显示二婚吗 |

法律分析：离婚了如果没有到派出所更改户口本上的婚姻状态，户口本上的婚姻状态还是显示为“已婚”。如果再婚，是无法办理婚姻登记的，需要到派出所变更户口本上的婚姻状态为“离异”，即户口本上是会显示二婚的。
法律依据：根据《婚姻登记条例》（2003年8月8日国务院令第387号）第五条规定：
办理结婚登记的内地居民应当出具下列证件和证明材料：
（一）本人的户口簿、身份证；
（二）本人无配偶以及与对方当事人没有直系血亲和三代以内旁系血亲关系的签字声明。
第六条规定：
办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记：
（一）未到法定结婚年龄的；
（二）非双方自愿的；
（三）一方或者双方已有配偶的；
（四）属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的；
（五）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
因此，婚姻登记机关根据《婚姻登记条例》第六条第三款的规定，户口本上的婚姻状态为“已婚”不予登记。
这种情况只需本人持户口本、身份证、离婚证等证明手续到户口所在地派出所申请变更户口本上的婚姻状态即可，变更后户口本上的婚姻状态会显示为“离异
