释义	法律分析：异地经营指企业注册经营和实际经营地址不一致。异地经营从工商和税务的角度上不利于监督管理，容易出现公司违法行为。要到当地工商部门备案，或成立分支机构，否则属于违法经营法律依据：《公司登记管理若干问题的规定》第三十二条公司擅自设立分公司的，责令改正；有非法所得的，处以非法所得额3倍以下的罚款，但最高不超过3万元；没有非法所得的，处以1万元以下的罚款。
