没有港澳通行证可以在香港转机吗

去香港转机不用港澳通行证，只需要带护照和前往第三国的机票和酒店订单就可以了。香港转机可以在香港停留7天，从他国经香港转机回内地也可以停留7天。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国公民出境入境管理法》
第二条 中国公民凭国务院主管机关及其授权的机关签发的有效护照或者其他有效证件出境、入境，无需办理签证。
第三条 中国公民出境、入境，从对外开放的或者指定的口岸通行，接受边防检查机关的检查。
