释义	法律分析：可以报警进行处理，但公安机关发现不属于自己管辖的，会移送主管机关并通知报案人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百零九条公安机关或者人民检察院发现犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，应当按照管辖范围，立案侦查。第一百零八条第三款公安机关、人民检察院或者人民法院对于报案、控告、举报，都应当接受。
