释义	法律分析：物业公司是没有权利停水停电的。业主因未按时交纳物业服务费，是违反了与物业公司签订的物业服务合同。作为物业公司应该按照合同的约定，对违约的业主督促其交纳，或者通过法律途径加以解决。法律没有赋予物业公司可以断水断电。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十四条业主违反约定逾期不支付物业费的，物业服务人可以催告其在合理期限内支付；合理期限届满仍不支付的，物业服务人可以提起诉讼或者申请仲裁。物业服务人不得采取停止供电、供水、供热、供燃气等方式催交物业费。
