法律与非法律规范的区别通常表现在什么等方面

法律主观：
法律规范与其他社会规范的不同之处在于：1、认可度不同，法律规范由国家制定或认可，而其他行为规范不是；2、强制力不同，法律规范由国家强制力保证实施，有强大的国家力量作为后盾，而道德等其他行为规范主要依靠社会舆论、信念、习俗、教育以及行政力量保证实施。

《中华人民共和国宪法》第二条中华人民共和国的一切权力属于人民。人民行使国家权力的机关是全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会。人民依照法律规定，通过各种途径和形式，管理国家事务，管理经济和文化事业，管理社会事务。
