释义	法律分析：五天工作制即规定隔五天休息两天，是工作日的一种制度。相对于这种之外的还有综合计时制，就是每周可能不止五天，甚至可能上六天，但一个礼拜累计不得超过40个小时，每周至少保证休息一天。法律依据：《劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。第四十条用人单位在下列节日期间应当依法安排劳动者休假：（一）元旦；（二）春节；（三）国际劳动节；（四）国庆节；（五）法律、法规规定的其他休假节日。
