释义	汇票背书的方式有什么背书的方式有以下三种： (1)限定背书。限定背书规定汇票只交付一次，受让人只能自行使用汇票而无再次转让的权利。如背书人在汇票背面签字，写明“仅付×××(被背书人名称)”或“付给×××(被背书人名称)，不得转让”。 (2)特定背书。又称记名背书，此种背书既有出让人签名，又指明了受让人是谁，但无“仅付”、“不得转让”等字样。如背书人在汇票背面签字，写明“付给×××(被背书人名称)的指定人”等。如此背书的汇票可以连续多次背书和支付，多次转让，甚至可以在市场上无限转让下去。
