释义	法律分析：民法典不再将“患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病”作为禁止结婚的情形，但相应增加规定一方隐瞒重大疾病的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。也就是说，若当事人患有精神疾病，并且在双方都知情的情况下，可以结婚，但如果存在欺瞒对方的情形，婚姻就是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
