释义	法律分析：暂住证现在不叫居住证。暂住证是由派出所受理并制发给流动人员的，主要管理机关是派出所。而居住证的受理机关是城市社区或农村乡镇专门设立的居住证受理点进行受理审核，县级公安机关统一制证。居住证的日常主要管理机关是城市社区或农村乡镇，流动人口只需到居住地所在的社区（乡镇）申请就可以完成居住证的申领。法律依据：《居住证暂行条例》第二条规定，公民离开常住户口所在地，到其他城市居住半年以上，符合有合法稳定就业、合法稳定住所、连续就读条件之一的，可以依照本条例的规定申领居住证。
