释义	法律分析: 入股公司公司账上的资金不属于新入股东。入股公司后，公司账上的资金是属于公司整体的，不是新入股东的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第三十四条股东按照实缴的出资比例分取红利；公司新增资本时，股东有权优先按照实缴的出资比例认缴出资。但是，全体股东约定不按照出资比例分取红利或者不按照出资比例优先认缴出资的除外。第一百六十六条公司分配当年税后利润时，应当提取利润的百分之十列入公司法定公积金。公司法定公积金累计额为公司注册资本的百分之五十以上的，可以不再提取。
