（1）学信网下载《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表样式》，如果学信网上没有，教育部门出具的《中国高等教育学历认证报告》也可以；
（2）带户口本、身份证原件和复印件；
（3）申请落户，填写入户申请书，经过10-20个工作日审核，工作人员在3个工作日之内通知准迁证是否收到；
（4）带着准迁证回原籍办理迁出；
（5）再带着迁出证、户口本回到南京，按照开篇四种方式选择落户，整个落户流程才算完成。
在市政大厅办理的只能落户到市政服务中心集体户，如果符合人才落户政策，有合法稳定居所，就要到相应所在地派出所办理，如果想落到单位集体户，也要到相应的派出所去办理。

《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》 第十条 公民迁出本户口管辖区，由本人或者户主在迁出前向户口登记机关申报迁出登记，领取迁移证件，注销户口。公民由农村迁往城市，必须持有城市劳动部门的录用证明，学校的录取证明，或者城市户口登记机关的准予迁入的证明，向常住地户口登记机关申请办理迁出手续。公民迁往边防地区，必须经过常住地县、市、市辖区公安机关批准。
