释义	可以的。对于债权转让是否需要对价，我国法律并无明文规定，而且我国也没有对价的制度。对于债权转让是不可以用于牟利的。借助债权的转让赚取利益，只要对债务人利益没有影响，债务人不会因此而增加义务，牟的不是暴利，法律便不必干涉。不然的话就会制约债权的转让和保理业务的发展。法律依据《民法典》第五百四十五条、第五百四十六条
