释义	著作权法对作品转载的规定：《著作权法》第三十三条，著作权人向报社、期刊社投稿的，自稿件发出之日起十五日内未收到报社通知决定刊登的，或者自稿件发出之日起三十日内未收到期刊社通知决定刊登的，可以将同一作品向其他报社、期刊社投稿。双方另有约定的除外。作品刊登后，除著作权人声明不得转载、摘编的外，其他报刊可以转载或者作为文摘、资料刊登，但应当按照规定向著作权人支付报酬。
