释义	法律分析：公司变更监事会之前会提前十五天通知股东召开股东会议，由股东大会决定监事和监事报酬的事宜，并形成会议决议。监事一旦变更，应该向原公司登记备案。一般情况下，公司监事变更没有时间的规定。因为监事的任期为三年，而且任期届满后可以连选连任。如果监事的任期届满却没有及时改选，或出现监事在任期内辞职的情况，那么原监事依然需要继续履行职务，直到选出新任监事为止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第五十二条监事的任期每届为三年。监事任期届满，连选可以连任。
