民法典债务人转让股权债权人可否撤销
释义
债务人转让股权债权人可以撤销。当债务人放弃到期债权或无偿转让财产，对债权人造成损害的，债权人可以行使撤销权，请求撤销债务人的行为。此处无偿转让的“财产”包括金钱、物资、房屋、土地等，对于股权，根据最高人民法院的案例看来，债务人无偿转让股权的行为也可以成为债权人撤销权行使的对象。因此，债务人转让股权债权人可以撤销。
