释义	法律分析：适用简易程序审理的案件，无论以判决方式、调解方式结案或当事人申请撤诉，原告按普通程序预交的诉讼费，减半收取诉讼费;原告按简易程序预交的诉讼费，不再减半收取诉讼费。即适用简易程序审理案件，无论以何种方式结案，诉讼费减半收取只减一次。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百五十七条基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理事实清楚、权利义务关系明确、争议不大的简单的民事案件，适用本章规定。基层人民法院和它派出的法庭审理前款规定以外的民事案件，当事人双方也可以约定适用简易程序。
