释义	法律分析：装修装饰工程属于建设工程，可以适用关于优先受偿权的规定，但装修装饰工程的发包人不是该建筑物的所有权人或者承包人与该建筑物的所有权人之间没有合同关系的除外。享有优先权的承包人只能在建筑物因装修装饰而增加价值的范围内优先受偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十五条业主装饰装修房屋的，应当事先告知物业服务人，遵守物业服务人提示的合理注意事项，并配合其进行必要的现场检查。业主转让、出租物业专有部分、设立居住权或者依法改变共有部分用途的，应当及时将相关情况告知物业服务人。
