章样上没有数字是假公章吗？

法律分析：公章上没有数字的要视公章的制作时间定真假。企业公章从05年开始实行企业公章编号，行政公章上就有编号，没有编号的话基本可以认定假的。刻制公章需要到公安机关进行审核报备，在审核后会生成并留下一串数字编码。这里的编码是证明这枚公章刻制时是否经公安机关审核，是否在具有公章刻制资格的刻章店刻制。不满足以上条件的就没有数字编码，该公章就不具备法律效力。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国印章治安管理办法》第十二条印章规格、式样、印文和质料按照国家有关规定执行。
