释义	直系亲属，指和自己有直接血缘关系或婚姻关系的人，如指配偶、父母（公婆、岳父母）、子女、祖父母（外祖父母）、孙子女（外孙子女）及其配偶。旁系血亲是指非直系血亲而在血缘上和自己同出一源的亲属。三代以内旁系血亲是指:伯、叔、姑、舅、姨、侄子 ( 女 ) 、外甥、外甥女、堂兄弟姐妹、姑舅表兄弟姐妹、姨表兄弟姐妹等。因此，姑侄关系属于旁系。《民法典》第一千零四十八条【禁止结婚的情形】直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。法律依据《民法典》第一千零四十八条
