释义	法律分析：合同按照不同的分类标准有不同的种类，而实践性合同也是常见的合同种类，实践性合同与生活中更为常见的诺成性合同的区别也比较明显。实践性合同是指除双方当事人意思表示一致以外，尚须交付标的物或完成其他给付才能生效的合同。法律依据：《民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金
