释义	如果您的信用卡已经被冻结，应该尽快如数还清欠款之后申请解除冻结。是否解除对信用卡的冻结，取决于银行对持卡人的信用评估，并不能保证还清欠款就会解冻。通常来说，信用卡多次逾期才会导致信用卡被冻结，这种情况下银行会认为继续为持卡人提供信用卡透支服务将有可能会造成更大的坏账。即使后来持卡人将欠款还上了，银行也会认为持卡人有恶意透支的意图，未来还有可能会逾期还款，所以即使还款了被冻结的信用卡也很少有解冻的。
