释义	法律分析：正常情况下，民政局在法定节假日也休息，双休日不能领取结婚证。但是有些城市考虑到工作日很多人没时间来登记，周六开放登记窗口。有的城市，在每年的元旦、除夕、情人节、五一劳动节、国庆节等特殊日子的上午，婚姻登记照常办理。所以具体的要咨询当地民政局。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
