释义	法律分析：义务兵是公民凭自愿应招到军队服兵役，并与军方签定服役合同，服役期限为两年。义务兵体检要求非常严格，服役第一年为列兵，第二年为上等兵。经国务院、中央军委批准，自2020年起，将义务兵征集由一年一次征兵一次退役，调整为一年两次征兵两次退役。法律依据：《中华人民共和国兵役法》第四条中华人民共和国公民,不分民族、种族、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰和教育程度,都有义务依照本法的规定服兵役。有严重生理缺陷或者严重残疾不适合服兵役的公民,免服兵役。依照法律被剥夺政治权利的公民,不得服兵役。
