释义	法律分析：主张谁举证就是当事人对自己提出的主张，要自己提出证据证明。例如：甲认为乙欠了自己钱，就要提出乙欠钱的证据（欠条等），如果乙反过来说钱已经还了，也要提出自己已还的证据。谁主张谁举证是一种举证责任的通俗化说法，便于非法律专业人士理解。一般在民事诉讼中较多采用。与之相对的称之为“举证责任倒置”，一般多用于行政诉讼。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第六十四条当事人对自己提出的主张，有责任提供证据
