释义	这种作为法庭开庭的视听材料，是要和案卷材料保管的期限是一致的。有长期、有短期，要是案件而定。但有一点是肯定的，短时间内是不会销毁的。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于庭审活动录音录像的若干规定》第五项人民法院应当使用专门设备存储庭审录音录像，并将其作为案件材料以光盘等方式存入案件卷宗；具备当事人、辩护人、代理人等在人民法院查阅条件的，应当将其存入案件卷宗的正卷。未经人民法院许可，任何人不得复制、拍录、传播庭审录音录像。庭审录音录像的保存期限与案件卷宗的保存期限相同。
