释义	法律分析：现在可以办理小餐饮许可证和食品经营许可证，小餐饮证是50平米以下餐饮店，办理比食品经营许可证要快，但有效期只有三年。法律依据：卫计委《餐饮服务许可管理办法》第十九条餐饮服务提供者需要延续《餐饮服务许可证》的，应当在《餐饮服务许可证》有效期期满30日前向原发证部门书面提议延续申请。逾期提议延续申请的，按照新申请《餐饮服务许可证》解决。第二十九条《餐饮服务许可证》有效期为3年。临时从事餐饮服务活动的，《餐饮服务许可证》有效期不超出6个月。
