释义	合同到期用人单位不需要提前通知,同时,劳动者也不需要提前通知就可以辞职,但是,如果公司没有其他违反劳动合同法的,劳动者自己辞职是没有经济补偿金的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十六条有下列情形之一的，用人单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿： (五)除用人单位维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同，劳动者不同意续订的情形外，依照本法第四十四条第一项规定终止固定期限劳动合同的;
