释义	法律分析：没有办离职手续自行离开公司的，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任，这时用人单位有可能会在工资中扣除所造成的损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
