释义	法律分析：紧急联系人不是债务人，只是联系人，是不会被起诉。债权人之可以起诉债务人，而联系人的话只是一个联系的方式，所以不会被起诉。一般是在劳动合同、房屋租赁合同的约定，以防当事人无法联系到，如果告知、送达紧急联系人，就视为向当事人送达、通知，因为不是当事人，所以不能成为被告，是不承担责任的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
