释义	性质不同：重组并不是法律概念，不是必须在公司破产后才能进行，是在公司经营出现困难时，经营管理人可以自主选择进行重组，目的是保护公司的经营秩序。法律后果不一样。破产是法人消灭或死亡，全部的义务清算后消灭。债务重组是对企业的优良资产重新组合，法人人格不消灭和死亡，继续存在和发展。改制是对企业的性质和出资主体进行变更。
