释义	法律分析: 通常情况下，只有上市公司才有股票，股票是股份公司发行的所有权凭证，是股份公司为筹集资金而发行给各个股东作为持股凭证并借以取得股息和红利的一种有价证券。所以如果是股份公司的话就是有股票的，每家上市公司都会发行股票，但是发行股票具有一定的风险。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百二十六条股份的发行，实行公平、公正的原则，同种类的每一股份应当具有同等权利。同次发行的同种类股票，每股的发行条件和价格应当相同；任何单位或者个人所认购的股份，每股应当支付相同价额。
