释义	法律分析：只要构成犯罪,就会坐牢。但是,女性涉嫌犯罪的,在怀孕期间不得收押。可以采取其他强制措施：取保候审、监视居住等。法律依据：《刑事诉讼法》第六十五条对“怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女，采取取保候审不致发生社会危险性的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人，可以取保候审”。应该注意两点：一是“可以”取保候审，不是“应当”取保候审是对孕期嫌疑人取保候审有前提，即“不致发生社会危险性”。
