释义	法律分析: 律师函用电子章是无效的。律师函起草完毕，得到客户确认后，承办律师签字（或盖承办律师的私章）以及加盖律师事务所公章才生效。因为律师不能独立承接业务。《国务院关于国家行政机关和企业事业单位社会团体印章管理的规定》第二十二条国家行政机关和企业事业单位、社会团体的其他专用印章（包括经济合同章、财务专用章等），在名称、式样上应与单位正式印章有所区别，经本单位领导批准后可以刻制。
