软件著作权名称变更需要哪些材料 |
| 释义 |
一、申请登记名称变更或者补充时，申请人应当提交以下材料：
(一)按照要求填写的变更或者补充申请表；
(二)登记证书或者证明的复印件；
(三)有关变更或者补充的材料。
二、申请登记软件的查询，申请人应当提交以下材料
(一)按照要求填写的查询申请表；
(二)所需其他材料；
三、软件著作权变更登记所需时间，从登记机关受理之日起30个工作日。
四、软件著作权转让
1、申请人可以自己办理计算机软件著作权转让或专有合同登记，也可以委托代理机构办理登记。
2、申请人应当将所提交的申请文件留存一份，便于在补正程序中保持文件内容的一致。
3、办理软件著作权转让或专有合同登记可到登记大厅现场办理，也可使用挂号信函或特快专递邮寄到中国软件著作权登记部。
4、申请表应当在线打印，请勿擅自更改表格格式；申请文件都应当按规定签章，签章应当与申请表中填写的姓名或者名称完全一致。
5、申请人或代理人信息栏内的详细地址，请务必填写准确的实际联系地址，以便我中心邮寄证书或其它书面邮件。
6、著作权人为企业法人或事业法人的应提交有效的企业法人营业执照或事业单位法人证书副本复印件，并需加盖单位公章；
7、著作权人为自然人的，应提交有效的自然人身份证复印件(正反面复印)。并需提交非职务开发保证书或非职务开发证明。(下载《非职务开发证明》《非职务开发保证书》)。
8、著作权人为外国自然人的，应提交护照复印件，及护照复印件的中文译本，并需翻译者签章。
