释义	公司注销之后不能恢复。公司按照正常流程注销之后，从法律意义上来讲，不存在了，是不能恢复的。如果想要恢复公司，可以按照公司注销前的经营范围、经营地址等重新申请注册新的公司。当然公司注销可以是主动行为，例如执照期满不续，也可以是被动行为，例如公司被撤销或被吊销之后都应该按照法律规定进行清算并注销。工商非正常户注销后，只能申请正常注销，全部流程后才可解非法人监控，至于公司还有另外股东是否影响其后期工商注册等，只有到具体部分申报过程才可知晓，目前没有明确限定项目。
