释义	法律分析：共益债务与共益债权是一个问题的两个方面，在债务人来说为共益债务，在债权人即为共益债权。所谓共益债务，是指在人民法院受理破产申请后，为全体债权人的共同利益而管理、变价和分配破产财产而负担的债务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国破产法》第四十六条普通债权的债权人应当在人民法院确定的债权申报期限内申报债权，债权人未在该期限内申报的，可以在破产财产最终分配前补充申报，但此前已进行的分配，不再对其进行补充分配。
