释义	损害后果严重的话，就需要负法律责任。承诺，是指合同当事人一方对另一方发来的要约，在要约有效期限内，作出完全同意要约条款的意思表示。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十九条承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示。第四百八十条承诺应当以通知的形式作出;但是，根据交易习惯或者要约表明可以通过行为作出承诺的除外。第四百八十一条承诺应当在要约确定的期限内到达要约人。第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
