释义	法律分析：显失公平订立的财产分割协议等可变更撤销。因重大误解订立的，订立合同时显失公平的，一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段或者乘人之危订立的等其他财产分割协议。受损害方有权请求变更或者撤销，当事人未请求变更，人民法院或者仲裁机构不能撤销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十一条【显失公平的民事法律行为的效力】一方利用对方处于危困状态、缺乏判断能力等情形，致使民事法律行为成立时显失公平的，受损害方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
