释义	法律分析：是的，为了使债权债务的抵消更具备法律效力，不至于使双方产生矛盾和冲突，一般的债权债务的抵消都需要签协议。双方根据法律规定或者合同约定进行债务抵消时，要履行通知义务。因为债务抵消造成的后果是双方债权和债务的消灭，双方债权额相同时，其互享的债权或互负的债务全部归于消灭，双方债权额不同时，就其相等额而消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
