每个工作日是指每天吗
释义
法律主观：
一个工作日内不一定是指当天。一个工作日指的是一天，工作日是以日为计算单位的工作时间。一般每周一至周五为工作日，周六和周日为工休日。标准工作日是指由法律规定的，在正常情况下，一般职工所实行的工作日，是我国工时制度立法的基础。
法律客观：
《劳动法》第三十六条 国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。 第三十八条 用人单位应当保证劳动者每周至少休息一日。 第四十三条 用人单位不得违反本法规定延长劳动者的工作时间。
