释义	法律分析：伪造货币罪是指违反国家货币管理法规，仿照货币的形状、色彩、图案等特征，使用各种方法非法制造出外观上足以乱真的假货币，破坏货币的公共信用，破坏金融管理秩序的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十条伪造货币的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；有下列情形之一的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产：（一）伪造货币集团的首要分子；（二）伪造货币数额特别巨大的；（三）有其他特别严重情节的。
