释义	法律分析: 客运合同是指承运人与旅客关于承运人将旅客及其行李安全运送到目的地，旅客为此支付运费的合同。客运合同一般采用票证形式，如车票，船票，机票等。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国合同法》第三百零一条承运人在运输过程中，应当尽力救助患有急病、分娩、遇险的旅客。第三百零二条承运人应当对运输过程中旅客的伤亡承担损害赔偿责任，但伤亡是旅客自身健康原因造成的或者承运人证明伤亡是旅客故意、重大过失造成的除外。
