释义	法律分析: 仲裁是法律术语，和仲裁活动和法院的审判活动一样，是指由双方协议将争议提交第三者解决的纠纷解决办法，当事人根据他们之间的仲裁协议，自愿将其争议提交仲裁庭进行裁判，由仲裁庭做出评断并受该裁判约束。仲裁结果有法律效力，同时时间比较快，比较适合要求快速解决的争端。但是仲裁也有适用前提，比如需要双方都同意仲裁等。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国仲裁法》平等主体的公民、法人和其他组织之间发生的合同纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷，可以仲裁。
